- How are the viewings organized?
They are organized in suitable time for you and the only thing you have to do is to inform us about the estates that you want to see and the right time a few days in advance. In this way we’ll be able to choose a day for the viewing that fits your schedule.
- What do I have to do if I am a foreigner and want to buy a property?
There are a few steps that you must follow:
First of all it will be good if you reserve the estate that you want to buy and that is an insurance that it won’t be sold to anyone else. Next you must set up a company because according to the Bulgarian legislation a foreign citizen can not buy a real estate without having a company. We provide experienced lawyers who will take care of it. The procedure takes about between two and four weeks. You must pay in 1 euros initial capital. Also you will have to pay 400 euros for the lawyer who will undertake your company registration and all legal procedures during the sale-trade process. The notary takes care of transferring the property ownership. The notary fees you have to pay are between 4 and 6% of the sale price. After doing that you will become an owner of the estate!
- What is happening with the estate if I am a foreign citizen and I am not able to stay constantly in Bulgaria?
